CCR&R currently has Substitutes available for child care programs in Outagamie and Winnebago Counties and Quality Support Specialists available for child care programs in Waupaca County.

This program is being made possible through Outagamie County, Waupaca County , and Winnebago County ARPA funding.

Important Info for Waupaca County Providers: The Quality Support Substitute (QSS/Substitute) program for Waupaca County  will officially end on December 19^th, 2025. We know how valuable these programs have been in building and strengthening the early childhood workforce, and we have been actively seeking new funding opportunities to continue offering these services. Unfortunately, we have not yet been successful in securing ongoing support.  We will continue advocating for resources to support child care professionals and will keep you informed of any new opportunities that may arise.
