Self-Care for Child Care
Please join us for an evening devoted to self-care and integrated wellness! We’ll share time and space to create mindful art to the tune of soothing music and nature sounds, to enjoy healthy and yummy snacks together, to experience a guided body scan and extended relaxation, and to make our own naturally scented sugar scrubs to take home and incorporate in our self-care routine. Without proper support, finding time and energy to take care of ourselves in the midst of this busy life can feel like just one more daunting item on our to-do list, but the coaches with the Kindness Project are here to help make self-care a natural, healing part of our daily routine.
As a special perk during this event, registered providers are welcome to enjoy a complimentary chair massage, courtesy of licensed massage therapist, Melmt!
