Road to Success Program
Description
The Road to Success Program is a comprehensive training series that will help you start your career in early childhood education. Program graduates will have the educational qualifications to be a lead child care teacher or family child care provider in just 12 weeks!
• Location: In person at the CCR&R office in Kimberly
• Dates and times: The program runs from March 17, 2026 - June 4, 2026. Classes will be held Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9 a.m.- 5 p.m. A Tuesday night or Saturday morning class may be required to fulfill the CPR and First Aid component of the program. Some online coursework outside of class time will be required.
• Classes include: Introduction to the Child Care Profession, Skills and Strategies for the Child Care Teacher, Fundamentals of Infant and Toddler Care, Fundamentals of Family Child Care, Pyramid Model, Wisconsin Model Early Learning Standards, Strengthening Families, SIDS, AHT, CPR/AED, and Mandated Reporter
• Participants may be eligible for financial support through Forward Service to meet transportation, technology, and child care needs during classes
