CCR&R has begun emailing the NEW electronic BIF. Earlier this year we informed you of the switch to Salesforce, our new statewide database. One of the new and exciting features of Salesforce is the electronic format of the BIF. The online BIF automatically fills in your provider profile information from previous years, and updates your new program details as soon as you enter them. Are you a fan of the original paper BIF? No problem. The paper BIF is still available to providers, upon request.
